Oh say can you see!
Hey guys! Thought it might interest you to know that during the fall I was given the opportunity to sing the National Anthem at our Boy's Varsity Basketball games for Wakeland High School. Here's a clip of me singing!
I have thus graduated from high school basketball games to Texas Rough Riders Baseball games!! That's right folks! I've gotten my acceptance letter to sing for the baseball fans of Texas on a certain date that I am unaware of as of right now. But as soon as I recieve word of my moment of glory, I will let you know!

My most awesomest birthday!
Happy birthday to me! I'm finally sweet 16!!! My birthday was totaly cool. Even though I wasn't allowed to open my presents for a whole day, the amazing laurels of my ward came and sang me happy birthday at my door and took me out to eat before mutual! I had so much fun with them and an even better time at young womens. I walked through the door and everyone yelled "happy birthday morgan!" and I was so happy! That was the night of our Christmas party and we had a fabulous time, doing a gift exchange and eating junk food. Totaly awesome. After the exchange, everyone sang to me and the most amazing cook on the planet, Marilyn Lloyd, made my most favorite cake of all time. Ice cream cake with crushed up oreo's and hot fudge in the middle. She MADE it. It was totally cool! I had so much fun.
On the second day of birthday, my family gave to me,
A breakfast in bed from my family!!!
I got the amazing and tasty breakfast in bed that consisted of a steaming cup of hot chocolate, a bowl of yogurt, and a frosted cookie. Pretty amazing huh? It's the thought that counts, I always say! It was cute, cause we had run out of milk and eggs so mom couldn't really make anything, but she tried. And I loved it! Later that night, I came home to my family and a mountain of gifts. To my excitement, I got yet another Twilight poster and, BONUS!!! A Twilight CALENDER!!! It was so exciting. I also got an awesome zebra print straightener, some movies, funny cards, and a note book and Josh Groban Closer CD. It was a totally cool birthday.
Oh my goodness. I almost forgot the most amazing surprise of all! It wasn't much of a surprise, seeing as how i'm the one who helped set it up, but it was amazing none the less.
KAYLIN CAME!!!!
She's here right this moment actually, watching me write this post. I'm so excited that she's here, and she'll be here till next saturday! This birthday has been dubbed the best birthday ever!

Twilight!!
I'm sure all of you are quite surprised that I haven't mentioned The Twilight Premier until now, but there's a first for everything! I may not be a movie critic, but for a low budget, i thought it was only AMAZING!!! It wasn't perfect, but i loved it. So much that i have now seen it three times, and am going for my fourth soon.
My mother and I got to the theater and 8 o' clock and sat (literally) in line for an hour and a half. During which, my sister Lorin was riding in the car with a friend of hers and was two minutes away and got in a car accident! The car was totalled but both are totally fine. They didn't even get a scratch! Talk about 500 Guardian angels! My mom left the theater to tend to her, while i protected our spot in line. I had found us amazing seats in the exact middle of the theater (fought for them really) and sat and waited for a half hour to 45 minutes waiting for my mother. When she and my sister showed up, Lorin ended my going home to change because she was soaked from her own drink spilling on her in the accident. My mom talked to Steph Peterson (our amazing neighbor) and I just sat and read a book (which amazingly enough was not Twilight. I got some wierd looks from everyone in the theater.) One girl who sat three rows down, informed us of how much time we had left every minute that passed. When 12:01 finally hit, I was bouncing in my seat and my mom was laughing at me. Lorin tried not to look related to us. Thus the movie started!!! 11 months and 23 days of anxious waiting finally paid off! I was so excited. In my opinion, the movie was awesome for one with a low budget and coming off a book. I encourage everyone to see it, though don't have high expectations. It will never be as good as the book (of course) but what movie that is based on a book is ever as good as it?
We all had an amazing time staying up until 3:30 in the morning! Oh yeah. My mom did pretty good.
